For Christian schools, micro-schools, and co-ops

Run your whole school from one place.

Gradebook, attendance, report cards, registration, billing and family messaging in a single system — with a classical, distinctively Christian K–8 curriculum — mathematics, language arts, science and history — already inside it. Stood up in under a week; we handle the setup so your teachers can lead the learning.

Why schools choose HIS Pods

Five pillars schools tell us matter.

Built with school administrators and homeschool co-op leaders. Not adapted from a consumer product — designed for the classroom from day one.

Scripture-grounded

Every concept module opens with a related verse and an “applied verse” that demonstrates the concept at work in scripture or creation. Optional and easy to turn off; on by default.

Placement-first

Three-tier PathFinder assessment places each student at a precise Cadet Level (0–99). No more “grade 4 box” — start exactly where they are.

Spiral mastery

Spiral-mastery pedagogy: every drill revisits earlier concepts to lock in retention. Mastery before progression, not week-by-week box-checking.

Teacher dashboard

Classroom-friendly progress views. See who’s stuck, who’s coasting, and who’s ready for the next jump. Built for teachers, not data scientists.

School-ops platform

Beyond curriculum: registration, billing, gradebook entry, report cards, and task-style workflows. One platform replaces the patchwork.

From application to first lesson

Stand up in under a week.

No IT project. No district approval cycle. Apply, we provision your admin, and your teachers are adding classes the same day.

  1. Same-day

    You apply

Tell us your school name, an estimated student count, and a grade range. About 5 minutes; nothing technical.

  2. Next business day

    We provision your admin login

Our team creates your school workspace, sends your school administrator a sign-in link, and walks them through a 15-minute setup call.

  3. Within a week

    Teachers add classes and students

Self-service teacher invites. Bulk roster upload (CSV) or one-at-a-time entry. We don't charge per seat during the pilot.

  4. Day 1 of class

Students take PathFinder, start at their Cadet Level

A placement of roughly twenty to thirty minutes. By the end of the first session, every student is on the right lesson and you have a class-wide picture.

Voices from the pilot

Built with the schools using it.

HIS Pods placed half our students above where we’d been teaching them. The other half got more time on foundations they had skipped. That’s the whole point.

Questions schools ask

Common questions.

Is this only for Christian schools?
It works best in Christian schools, but the scripture overlay is fully toggleable per-class and per-student. Several pilot teachers run it with the overlay off for their secular co-op groups and with it on for their own classes.
What grades are covered?
K-8, placed by readiness. Concept modules for grades 1-6 are authored today — more than a thousand and growing — with kindergarten and grades 7-8 expanding next. You'll see exact module counts in the admin during your trial.
How does pricing work?
The 26-27 school-year pilot is free for accepted schools — no per-seat fee. Schools that continue after the pilot move to a per-student annual plan. See Pricing for current rates.
What about data and privacy?
FERPA-aligned by default. Student records are stored in your school workspace and isolated from other tenants. We don't sell or share data, ever. Full data-processing addendum available on request.
Can we use this with homeschool families through our co-op?
Yes. Co-ops manage their roster the same way schools do. Parents can also separately use the consumer version at hispods.com for at-home practice; progress syncs cleanly if you connect the student records.
Who is HIS Pods, Inc.?
HIS Pods, Inc. is a Cape Coral, FL non-profit founded to make scripture-grounded classical education accessible to Christian schools and families. A portion of operating revenue supports student scholarships and partner Christian educational missions.
