We review your application Usually within one business day. We look at fit (grade range, school type, capacity) and may have a couple of follow-up questions.

We create your admin sign-in You receive an email with a one-click sign-in to your school workspace. From there you can invite teachers and add students.

15-minute setup call Optional but recommended. We walk through CSV roster upload, classroom setup, and the first PathFinder session.

Students start placement Day 1 of the program. By the end of the first session, every student is on the right Cadet Level.
